“Lessons Learn from Covid-19 Pandemic for Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Strategy”

The 5th International Conference of Climate Change was held virtually from 24 to 25 September 2020, and was organized from Graduate School, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta City, Indonesia. This conference was initially planned to be carried out at the Grand Inna Bali Beach Hotel, Bali, Indonesia, but due to Covid-19 pandemic, it was migrated to an online conference.

Opening and Plenary Session

Attending by 302 participants using Zoom platform, the conference was successfully presenting the interesting discussion by 8 (eight) invited speakers from worldwide regarding the topic “Lessons Learn from Covid-19 Pandemic for Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Strategy”.

The invited speakers in the 5th ICCC 2020 was:

The panel session was very interested and successfully got positive response from the audiences. Many listeners asked questions to the invited speakers.

Parallel Session

After the talk show of the panel session by the invited speakers, the next session was parallel session by the authors. The parallel session is live and attended by all the authors. After presentation for approximately 15 minutes by each author, other participants can ask question directly to the author. A duration of 5 minutes was given to each author after their presentation for Question and Answer session.

The 5th International Conference on Climate Change (ICCC) 2020 was successfully carried out virtually using Zoom platform. Some insignificant problems somewhat occurred because this was the first time for ICCC to be conducted online. Overall, the 5th ICCC 2020 was held successful.
