While the presentations at the 11th ICCC will be held in person, the committee is committed to ensuring accessibility by also providing an online experience for participants. Therefore, plenary sessions will be live-streamed, and paper presentation videos will be made available through the conference’s online channels. Submitting both the presentation video and a closed-caption file is mandatory.
Duration: Maximum of 10 minutes, in line with the allotted presentation time.
Template: Use the official 11th ICCC slide template.
Resolution & Format: MP4 format (H.264), 1080p HD (1920×1080, aspect ratio 16:9).
File Size: Must not exceed 250 MB.
Optional Content: You may include author photos or short clips, but this is not required.
Copyright Compliance: Ensure all materials are royalty-free or properly licensed, as videos will be made publicly available online.
Along with the video, please provide a timestamped closed-caption file in VTT format. This is mandatory for accessibility purposes, even if your video already includes audio narration. Captions should not be embedded directly into the video (i.e., no open captions).
You may generate captions automatically (e.g., via YouTube or otter.ai) or prepare a transcript and convert it into a VTT file. Basic text editors can also be used for editing VTT captions.
The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Chairs have provided detailed instructions to ensure submitted videos are accessible:
[Video Accessibility Guidelines – 11th ICCC]
Please read the document carefully and follow the provided recommendations.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us make the 11th ICCC an accessible, inclusive, and engaging conference for all participants.
